SynQuest Laboratories Selects ProcessPro Premier ERP Software

SynQuest Laboratories has announced its intention to implement ProcessPro Premier ERP software. SynQuest specializes in fluorinated organic and inorganic chemicals to provide a creative and innovative range of building blocks, reagents and compressed and liquefied gases.

In its 17th year of business, SynQuest has launched an expansion of its manufacturing facilities. To more effectively respond to demand, the company added a continuous flow production area and a second high pressure area specifically for autoclaves. This expansion demanded a focus on a robust ERP implementation.

According to Aaron Gindele, ProcessPro Business Development Representative, SynQuest was searching for an ERP solution that could address the needs that were specific to chemical manufacturing. The company also needed a system that could accommodate future growth within the company. ProcessPro Premier is designed to address both challenges and improve the overall production environment.

SynQuest looked to ProcessPro Premier Quality Control applications to improve its approach to quality. The application relies on Test ID and Sample ID numbers to create a seamless audit trail of test data. SynQuest can gain the necessary confidence in product integrity as a result of the quality solution and its ability to record and execute an unlimited number of test instructions.

Now, SynQuest can carefully analyze all incoming goods and provide customers with a certificate of analysis on each product. This helps to promote better value for the customer and drive demand for improved solution delivery for SynQuest.

The ProcessPro Premier also provides a formulation system to enable chemists to create new formulas, see physical property calculations as the formula is built, set up tests for quality control, record instructions for manufacturing, and view costs associated with labor, material and overhead. With the real-time ERP capabilities SynQuest can drive measurable results.
