Oracle Solutions Deployed by First Global Companies

Oracle FLEXCUBE was chosen by First Global Bank and First Global Financial Services Limited to increase efficiency within business operations and to help with growth. First Global hopes to have many new business opportunities as a result of this deployment. In addition to Oracle’s FLEXCUBE, Oracle’s Reveleus Operational Risk solution will also be deployed. This software solution will aid First Global in having better visibility, making internal controls stronger and it will allow the company to have more “proactive governance”.

The Chief Executive Office of First Global Holdings, Courtney Campbell, commented. Oracle’s FLEXCUBE solution includes a number of applications that will be very useful to First Global. Included is Universal Banking, Direct Banking, Online Trading and Investor Servicing. These applications will allow investments and banking operations to be unified between the banking and investment companies. They will also increase efficiency between the two companies as well as automate business processes and improve the overall synergy.
