Openbravo achieves 1.7 million downloads, records demand for Professional Edition, and 160 new add-on modules

BARCELONA, Spain (July 27, 2010) – Openbravo web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for small and mid-sized businesses has now been downloaded more than 1.7 million times, making Openbravo the leading provider in its market space.
Throughout the first half of 2010, monthly new ERP downloads of Openbravo solution have increased significantly with an increase of 320% in five months.
Openbravo has also seen significant increase in demand for its Professional Edition, a commercial version of its ERP software that enables small and mid-sized businesses to enjoy the benefits of Openbravo’s market-leading open source software at a lower cost with exclusive functionality, professional support, warranties, certified updates and regular upgrades.
