IQMS Ends 2010 with the Best Year on Record, a 30% Increase in Revenue Growth, and Optimism from Client Manufacturing Forecasts

Strong Sales to Expanded Industries and Existing Clients Position IQMS to Make Assertive Expansion Plans for 2011

PASO ROBLES, Calif. (February 08, 2011) – IQMS, designer and developer of manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, EnterpriseIQ, today announced its 2010 year in review recap. With impressive 30% revenue increase over 2009, 42 new client companies, double-digit gains across all departments, expanded software development, a steady 98% customer retention rate, and a heavily attended User Group conference IQMS achieved its best year in the company’s twenty-one year history.

“While manufacturing is on the upswing of recovery, IQMS customers continued to make strides by increasing production,” said Randy Flamm, president and founder of IQMS. “We saw steady investment in the software and client businesses throughout the year. It is those sales to existing customers, as well as strong new sale wins across many industries, which allowed IQMS to finish 2010 with its best year-end numbers ever.”

Last year, IQMS and many of its customers continued to be recognized as Best in Class companies by receiving industry accolades in the form of award nominations, award wins and high reviews from various online agencies. Not only were clients recognized for Progressive Manufacturer of the Year wins and nominations, but also as finalists for Processor of the Year (winner for 2010 to be announced in March), and several awards in between. In addition, EnterpriseIQ achieved a coveted highest ranking status of any other ERP software on software research site Capterra. With the most reviews and points, EnterpriseIQ users helped highlight how a single database ERP with extensive shop floor reach can provide a competitive edge over the competition.

2010 also marked another User Group conference for IQMS. Last year’s conference had the highest attendance with over 300 people of various positions from multiple states and countries. The three-day conference provided interactive discussions on the future direction of the software. Attendee consensus deemed the most recent User Group an overwhelming success.

IQMS also launched its RealTime(TM) Process Monitoring module that was designed in conjunction with several key members of the manufacturing industry. Well received by clients and prospects alike, RealTime(TM) Process Monitoring is the ultimate in shop floor to ERP communication by providing performance and measurement statistics directly from devices and PLC’s for complete traceability, reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.

“IQMS is optimistic that the strengthening trend in manufacturing will continue and thus provide us the ability to maintain our growth and development. To fulfill this promise, IQMS is moving ahead with impressive expansion plans to increase our infrastructure and provide even better customer service,” Flamm said.
