Epicor’s ERP Software Selected by Chatsworth Products Inc.

Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI), a global manufacturer of products and service solutions that optimize, secure and store technology equipment, have announced that they have chosen to use Epicor 9 to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business processes.

CPI cites Epicor’s flexible business process management and Service Oriented Architecture as the fundamental reasons for choosing the Epicor ERP software. Epicor’s unique software package allows the users to maintain and customize through self-service, reducing the cost and need for programmers. CPI will receive a highly functional ERP solution that will remain flexible for the dynamic changes that can occur in future technologies.

Vice president of information technology of CPI, Bette Ikeda, stated “Epicor provides a platform that can be configured by CPI without affecting source code, upgrades and expensive programmers. This will minimize long-term costs and afford us the ability to upgrade and keep up with new, better technologies.”
