Ariba and Hubspan Bring ERP to the Cloud
Recently, Ariba and Hubspan announced the creation of a new service that helps organizations connect their ERP solutions to the Ariba Commerce Cloud solutions. The new service provides a cost effective way to integrate the Ariba cloud solutions to ERP systems and provides increased information flow and improved operating efficiency.
Ariba believes that systems integrated with cloud solutions will provide better commerce, and the new service will make it easier for users to connect their financial and order management systems to the Ariba Network. With this level of integration, users will be able to dramatically reduce software and system programming costs and be able to reduce operating costs as well.
Ariba and Hubspan’s new-found integration will allow companies to connect multiple systems to the Ariba cloud, and reduce the complexity associated with performing the integration on their own. Hubspan will now allow Ariba cloud users to integrate their systems across all major ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain management systems. This includes solutions from SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Siebel, and many more. The Ariba Cloud provides a strong system with easy upgrades to give scalability to companies, so that their system can remain flexible as their infrastructure and business environment evolve.
