IBM Announces Date and Location of Annual Stockholders Meeting
ARMONK, N.Y (January 27, 1998) – IBM today announced that its next annual stockholders meeting will be held April 28 in Chicago, Illinois. IBM Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Louis V. Gerstner, Jr. will convene the meeting at 10:00 a.m. (CST) in the Arie Crown Theatre at Lakeside Center.
